FOH Manager – IMMEDIATE – Leland, NC
Bridgewater Wines Dines is growing! We’re opening our newest location in Leland and looking for a positive, energetic FOH Manager to lead our service team and deliver the one-of-a-kind Bridgewater experience. What you’ll do
- Lead by example on the floor: greet guests, jump in to seat, serve, and run food when needed, and keep smiles flowing.
- Hire, train, and schedule servers, bartenders, and hosts; ensure full availability and coverage for peak shifts and events.
- Deliver consistent, warm service that reflects our family-run culture and wine-forward concept.
- Coach daily pre-shifts, service standards, and wine/food pairings; drive upselling that feels natural and guest focused.
- Maintain FOH checklists, side work, cash handling, and tip reporting accuracy.
- Partner with BOH and ownership on pacing, guest feedback, and smooth shifts.
- Support events: tastings, wine club nights, and special dinners — setup through breakdown.
What makes you a great fit
- Hands-on FOH leadership experience in a full-service or upscale-casual setting (2 years preferred).
- You’re dependable, upbeat, and flexible — a true team coach who can hustle during rush and keep it fun.
- Strong knowledge of service steps; curiosity about wine (formal certs a plus!)
- Comfort with scheduling tools, basic POS/cash procedures, and opening/closing routines.
- Open availability including nights and weekends.
