Schedule: Full Time - 10:30a-6:30pm, with every other weekend rotation
Essential Functions
- Prepare two to three meals daily per menu for a seated formal dining venue as well as prepare catering orders
- Prepare grilled and short-order menu items such as burgers, sandwiches, breakfast items, and specials to order
- Operate and maintain equipment specific to the grille station, including flat top griddle, fryer, salamander, and char broiler
- Pull ingredients from storage areas and rotate food stock, check product quality, and assist with inventory as needed
- Communicate with servers or front-line team members to ensure food is delivered quickly and correctly
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas according to Health Department standards
- Report to work as scheduled and complete required in-service training
- Adhere to uniform and appearance guidelines
- Support other Cooks in coordination with quality control and sanitation standards
- Monitor food temperatures and cooking times to ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- Manage prep work, leftover usage, and kitchen inventory needs
- Other duties as assigned
