General Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Maintain organized filing systems for all employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Perform data entry and record updates in various HR systems
- Assist with job postings on designated platforms as directed
- Help schedule interviews and coordinate applicant communications
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process by distributing, collecting, and reviewing new hire paperwork to ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner
- Process background checks, such as CORI checks and Safis fingerprinting
- Support tracking of HR items, such as employee changes and required paperwork
- Collaborate in bi-weekly payroll processing by preparing and verifying attendance reports and leave of absence data
- Assist with maintaining office supplies and materials
- Contribute to special projects and events as assigned
- Perform additional support as assigned by the Director of Human Resources or designee
- Bachelor's Degree and/or three years relevant experience in a human resources office or school environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to perform detailed work accurately and efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow directions and manage everyday tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications required.
- Knowledge of Frontline, iVisions, Applicant Tracking and PowerSchool SIS preferred
