Duties

- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while monitoring guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent guest services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
