Administrative Assistant
Essential Duties:
- General office and business support, including answering phones, filing, data entry, maintaining records, resolving discrepancies and other administrative duties as needed.
- Responsible for plant communication (incoming/ outgoing) and plant staff clerical support duties.
- Maintain plant files and document control logs, which includes handling of confidential information.
- Work directly with corporate accountant to administer all accounts payable functions to include verification of items purchased, invoicing, records, inventory management, and coordination with vendors and plant supervisors.
- Assist with plant payroll to include assembling and reviewing timecards for accuracy and submission on spreadsheets.
- Complete other tasks as requested by supervisor. Including but, not limited to MVP system administration, GPi administration and training documentation.
