Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, supporting staff, and serving as a point of contact for customers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily office operations, including filing, data entry, billing, and document management
- Deliver high-quality customer service by managing incoming requests, updating customers on service status, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
- Order and track parts from approved vendors
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, and other meeting materials
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Support managers and team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
- Familiarity with scheduling and project coordination
