BridgeWater at Owatonna, an Independent & Assisted Living community, is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Dietary Aide/Cook. In this position, you'll play an important role in preparing meals and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being through nutrition and care.
Position Details:
- Part-Time Evening Shift Available (3-6pm)
- Includes every other weekend and rotating holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and prep meals for all residents as directed, following special meal plans, as instructed.
- Serve and clean up after meals and snacks.
- Comply with record keeping, food storage, and temperature logs.
- Monitor freshness of the food.
- Assure all cleaning tasks are complete and in compliance with guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for working with the elder population
- Previous senior care experience preferred but not required
