What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adjunct for Medical Coding position at BridgeValley CTC?
Instruct credit courses by identifying learning outcomes/competencies, developing lesson plans, syllabi, and curriculum which establish and communicate clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects Complete required recordkeeping and grade entry for assigned courses Stay in communication with assigned Department Chair and Dean Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or five years or more of experience in medical record review and abstraction Understanding of anatomy, terminology, and insurance billing procedure Data analysis and auditing skills
Experience with ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required
