Position Summary:
The Breakfast/Lunch Server is responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests during morning and midday dining periods. This role ensures a seamless dining experience by maintaining high standards of hospitality, product knowledge, and service execution in a hotel restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere

Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner

Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience

Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset according to standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations

Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary

Process payments accurately and efficiently

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
