Position Summary
The Maître d’ is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. This role manages reservations, seating flow, and front-of-house coordination while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, service, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth

Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently

Oversee dining room flow to maximize seating while ensuring guest satisfaction

Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen team

Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and gracefully

Maintain an organized host stand and accurate reservation system

Ensure cleanliness and presentation of entrance and dining areas

Uphold brand standards and service expectations at all times

Assist with VIP guest relations and special requests
Qualifications:
Qualifications

2 years of experience in a host/maître d’ or front-of-house role (preferably upscale or fine dining)
