Role Description
This is a seasonal role for a Ball Fitting Technician located in multiple US territories. The Ball Fitting Technician will be responsible for conducting live launch monitor fittings, assisting customers in finding the best golf ball for their game, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include setting up fitting equipment, analyzing shot data, and making ball recommendations based on performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of golfers
- Data analysis and interpretation skills to provide customized ball fitting recommendations
- Ability to travel, and participate in events
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A passion for golf and understanding of the game
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in golf fitting are a plus
