What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Jewelry Sales Lead — Metro Atlanta Markets position at Oh, So Fitting!?
Weekend Jewelry Sales Lead — Metro Atlanta Markets
Oh, So Fitting is an Atlanta-based jewelry brand specializing in lightweight, waterproof, hypoallergenic jewelry sold at farmers markets, festivals, and pop-up events throughout metro Atlanta. We’re seeking an experienced, dependable salesperson to train toward independently running our booth. The initial priority is the Piedmont Park farmers market, with opportunities at other metro Atlanta markets and festivals as available.
Oh, So Fitting has been featured in Martha Stewart, Country Living, Etsy Journal, and BuzzFeed, and its products have earned Etsy Pick recognition over multiple years.
Our jewelry is designed for comfortable everyday wear, with styles that are easy to layer, gift, and personalize. You’ll help customers explore the collection, find pieces that fit their personal style, and understand the features and care needs of the jewelry they choose. We provide training on the details that make each collection distinctive.
You should enjoy starting conversations with shoppers, discovering what they’re looking for, recommending jewelry, and closing sales with warmth and confidence. Prior experience actively selling products is required. Jewelry, accessories, boutique retail, beauty, or event sales experience is especially relevant.
PAY
$20 per hour base pay, including paid training.
For solo four-hour markets, earn an additional 10% of all sales when market sales reach $500 or more. The commission applies to all sales once the target is reached.
Example: $800 in sales earns an $80 bonus on top of hourly pay. Actual sales and earnings vary; commission is not guaranteed.
