Position Overview
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant provides organizational and administrative support to program leadership, case management staff, and administrative personnel at Bridges Reentry Services. This position plays a key role in maintaining organized documentation, assisting with charts and data tracking, and supporting communication with external funders and partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to assist in maintaining accurate records that support program operations and compliance.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to case managers, program staff, and leadership.
- Organize electronic and physical program files.
- Assist with maintaining accurate documentation for program records.
- Support staff with administrative tasks related to program operations.
Data & Chart Organization
- Create and maintain charts, spreadsheets, and tracking systems for program data.
- Assist with organizing program reports and statistical information.
- Support documentation needed for program compliance and reporting.
- Ensure accurate data entry and organization of administrative records.
Case Management Support
- Assist case management staff with administrative tasks related to client files.
- Help organize case notes, documentation, and program tracking tools.
- Maintain confidentiality of all participant records in accordance with program policies.
Communication with Funders & Partners
- Assist with communication and documentation related to outside funders and partners.
- Help gather information required for reporting and program updates.
- Support administrative coordination for funder requests or program documentation.
General Office Duties
- Maintain organized office systems and administrative tools.
- Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and internal communication.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure efficient program operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and organized tracking systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in social services, behavioral health, or community programs.

Work Schedule
Part-time position. Schedule to be determined based on program needs.
Compensation
Hourly wage based on experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
