What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant position at Self Determination Program?
Wanted: Two Personal Assistants for a young adult male client in the Temecula area. Position requires energetic, reliable, people who can relate and keep up with client’s needs, have own car, and be able to transport client to daily appointments. Part time (20 hours a week) and full time (40 hours a week) positions available. Assistance with study and activities of daily living in the home. Training will be provided to learn client’s needs and communication method. PA will act as communication partner in a variety of settings in the home and community. Very competitive pay. Mostly weekdays, but some evening classes, and Saturday morning 3 times a month. Due to the personal nature of the work, male assistant is preferred. Must have growth mindset and be willing to learn. Client may require assistance with self care.
Experience a plus but not required, for the right person. Starts April 1, 2026. Livescan fingerprint and background check required we will provide through our management company.
