Highlighted Responsibilities
- Collaborate with employees to help ensure they are well informed about programs, initiatives, and benefits
- Help manage and strengthen existing employee-focused programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives
- Serve as a champion supporting engagement, incentive, development, and retention initiatives across managed communities
- Analyze trends and metrics to help improve communications, programs, and engagement efforts
- Produce written and visual content supporting internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate and maintain content for Bridges Health corporate social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook
- Support external marketing initiatives and branding projects as needed
- Create graphics, layouts, and visual materials for internal publications and social media content
- Work collaboratively with leadership and support teams to advance strategic priorities
- Demonstrate creativity, organization, professionalism, enthusiasm, and accountability in day-to-day responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Marketing orientation and strong creative instincts essential
- Experience creating graphics, layouts, and social media content highly desired
- Experience coordinating employee engagement, communications, marketing, or workforce programs preferred
