Corporate Director of Environmental Services | Oklahoma City | In-State Day Travel
The Corporate Director of Environmental Services provides leadership and strategic oversight for environmental operations across 34 skilled nursing centers, 4 assisted living communities, and 1 independent living community throughout Oklahoma.
The position is responsible for ensuring full compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, upholding organizational standards, and supporting outcomes related to resident, family, and employee satisfaction. The role provides guidance and coaching to facility-level housekeeping and laundry leaders to maintain safe, clean, and hygienic environments; optimize departmental operations; and contribute meaningfully to an exceptional resident living experience.
Key Responsibilities
Environmental Services
Travel: Ability to travel statewide 80% of the work week (same-day travel)
Education: A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Environmental Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within environmental services in healthcare settings. Regional (multi-location) management experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Environmental Services
- Oversee and review Pristine Property Audits across all communities, ensuring key spaces such as showrooms, dining rooms, therapy gyms, spas, lobbies, and outdoor spaces are consistently maintained to company standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and enforce cleaning schedules, sanitation protocols, and maintenance standards.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, infection control standards, and OSHA requirements.
- Support facility teams in managing vendor relationships for environmental services, including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance supplies.
- Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and facility teams to align initiatives with company goals.
- Develop and maintain standardized training materials, documentation, and process-driven systems that promote consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across all environmental services roles.
- Develop and monitor budgets for environmental services company-wide.
- Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
