Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall management of clinical, regulatory, administrative and financial direction of a private pay Assisted Living Memory Care.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and with accrediting organizations.
- Maintains knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommends operational changes as needed.
- Oklahoma Assisted Living Administrator (RCAL) license or Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience in Assisted Living Administration.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Proven success in operations, compliance, sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction.
