The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric speech therapy and be able to provide comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to provide emotional support and guidance to families.
Requirements:
- Alabama state licensure
- Master's Degree from an accredited university
Responsibilities:
- Team player that is excited to work alongside ABA providers and Psychotherapists
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for children with communication disorders.
- Provide direct therapy to children with communication disorders.
- Educate parents and other caregivers on how to support the child's communication development.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the child.
- Keep accurate records of patient progress.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
