Network Marketing & Communications Manager

Description:
- The Marketing and Communications Manager partners with BridgePrep Academy’s leadership and school teams to shape and deliver communications strategies while driving key recruitment marketing initiatives. This role plays a vital part in developing compelling brand-aligned marketing and communications content that aligns with network-wide goals to enhance BridgePrep’s present in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Support the development and distribution of staff newsletters and coordinate executive and C-Suite communications as needed.
- Lead public relations and media pitch efforts, manage social media channels, execute nurture email campaigns to engage new and existing families, and manage messaging for crisis or urgent situations.
- Write and edit high-quality copy for BridgePrep social media pages, website, advertising, and collateral, ensuring all materials align with BridgePrep’s brand voice and messaging.
- Partner with cross-functional teams at the campus level to identify, produce, and promote stories and content that elevate BridgePrep’s brand presence.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of paid recruitment marketing campaigns to ensure strong campaign performance and alignment with annual enrollment goals.
- Partner closely with the VP of Marketing and Recruitment to ensure communications and marketing strategies are integrated, effective, and reflective of BridgePrep’s mission and priorities.
Metrics
- Achieve 30% year-over-year growth in student applications through the execution and optimization of high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that at least 40% of total student application volume is directly attributable to digital marketing efforts.
- Secure a minimum of 10 positive media placements annually and drive 10% growth in social media followers to strengthen brand presence
- Attain 90% agreement from family survey respondents that school communications are clear, welcoming, and supportive.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in charter schools preferred
Physical Requirements: Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move
Travel: Occasional travel required for school support and/or training sessions
