We are seeking FULL TIME OR PART TIME Home Health Aides to join our team and provide quality care to our long-term care patients. ( ***MUST BE ENGLISH-SPEAKING***) The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatrics, home health, hospice and palliative medicine. Responsibilities include providing basic patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support. The successful candidate will be a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as ambulating, bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility.
- Observe and report changes in patient's condition to nurse on duty.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Assist with the administration of medications and treatments as directed by a nurse or physician.
- Document patient care services in accordance with standards of practice.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
