We’re seeking a Recruiting Coordinator/Specialist to support a fast-paced hiring team on a contract basis (3–6 months). This is a great opportunity to step into a high-impact recruiting function and contribute right away.
💲 Pay: $30–$40/hour (flexibility for the right candidate)
📍 Location: Fully remote (preference for candidates near major office hubs)
What You’ll Do:
- Create and manage job requisitions in Workday
- Screen resumes and manage candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interviews and maintain recruiting workflows
- Partner with agencies on submissions, scheduling, and offers
- Source talent through referrals, job boards, and social channels
- Drive candidate attraction efforts across multiple platforms
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Workday preferred)
