About the Job
Our client, an elite AmLaw firm, is seeking an attorney or legal professional for a management-level, nonpracticing role. This nonbillable lifestyle position is ideal for candidates with employment law experience who are interested in legal operations and attorney staffing.
In this role, you will be responsible for staffing and assigning attorneys to major Labor & Employment matters, balancing attorney workloads, while partnering closely with firm leadership and practice groups. The ideal candidate will use firm resources and technology to ensure attorneys’ caseloads stay on track. This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.
