Our client, a prestigious global AmLaw firm, is seeking a couple of Corporate Fund Formation Paralegal to join their dynamic team. One is a mid-level and the other is a senior-level.
You will oversee all aspects of emerging company and venture fund work, including preparing and maintaining organizational and fund-related documents, conducting investor due diligence, ensuring compliance with Federal and State securities regulations, and managing SEC reporting for venture fund clients. The role also includes reviewing documents, assisting with opinions and supporting materials, and handling administrative tasks such as timesheets and e-timelogs while providing general support to the team.
The ideal candidate has paralegal experience, preferably in fund formation in a large law firm setting.
