- Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to RBTs

- Current BCBA certification
- Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
- Passion for helping children with autism reach their full potential
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
