What You'll Do
As a Clinical Assessor, you'll play a critical role in developing personalized treatment plans that help children achieve meaningful progress. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive initial behavioral assessments
- Developing individualized recommendations and treatment plans
- Ensuring program quality and effectiveness
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervising and supporting clinical staff as needed
- Monitoring client progress and recommending program adjustments
- Preparing reports and documentation to support clinical outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
- Extensive experience conducting behavioral assessments
- Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Experience developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between assignments
