• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to RBTs
• Partner with families to achieve meaningful outcomes
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in home and community settings

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification
• Active Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
• Passion for helping children with autism reach their full potential
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
