What You'll Do:
As a BCBA with BridgeCare ABA, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while leading a team committed to delivering exceptional ABA services.
· Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
· Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to RBTs
· Partner with families to achieve meaningful outcomes
· Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
· Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in home and community settings
What We're Looking For:
· Current BCBA certification
· Active Colorado Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Passion for helping children with autism reach their full potential
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
