Bridge Street Dental —Brighton, CO | $60–$65/hr guaranteed base | $70–$80/hr evenings & Saturdays | $5,000 sign-on
We’re Bridge Street Dental, a doctor-owned private practice in Brighton — not a DSO. We’re adding a hygienist because our patient family is growing, not because we’re churning through staff. You’ll have your own column, real appointment times, and a team that treats hygiene as the heart of the practice.
The pay, in plain terms
- Guaranteed base of $60–$65/hour depending on experience — not a production-only number.
- Premium rate of $70–$80/hour for evening hours (after 5pm) and Saturday shifts.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus: half in your first paycheck, half at 6 months.
Schedule
- Current openings: Mon & Thu 10am–8pm, Tue & Wed 9am–2pm — and everything after 5pm on Mondays and Thursdays pays the premium $70–$80/hour rate.
- Fridays off. Every week. Start your weekend a day early.
- Two Saturday mornings a month, 8am–1pm — a short shift at the premium $70–$80/hour rate, and you’re done by early afternoon. Additional Saturdays and evening shifts are optional if you want them.
- 60-minute appointments and assisted hygiene — you get your own dedicated assistant. You focus on patient care, not turning over rooms.
What you’ll work with
- Cavitron ultrasonic scaling in every op, Dexis digital scanners and sensors, and fully paperless charting in Dexis Ascend.
- A doctor who backs your perio diagnoses and never asks you to skip what the patient needs.

What we’re looking for
- Active Colorado RDH license (or eligibility) in good standing with DORA.
- Local anesthesia certification.
- New grads welcome: paired mentorship with our lead hygienist for your first 90 days.
