Dental Hygienist (Full-Time) — Bridge Street Dental — Brighton, CO
Pay: $65.00 – $80.00 per hour, with a premium rate for evening hours (after 5:00 PM) and Saturday shifts Job Type: Full-time

Bridge Street Dental is a patient-centered practice in Brighton, Colorado, committed to exceptional care and a positive, team-oriented workplace. We're looking for a skilled, personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time and help our patients build lasting oral health.
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday (two per month): 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Fridays off — every week
Enjoy relaxed mornings most days, every Friday off, and get paid a higher hourly rate for the hours after 5:00 PM and on Saturdays.
What You'll Do
- Provide prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
- Take and review digital X-rays; perform oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting
- Educate patients on home care and treatment recommendations
- Partner with our doctors on co-diagnosis and treatment planning
- Document care accurately in Dentrix Ascend
- Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards
What We're Looking For
- Active Colorado Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Local anesthesia certification (preferred)
- Comfortable with digital charting; Dentrix Ascend experience a plus — we'll train the right person
- Warm chairside manner and strong communication skills
