How You Will Contribute
- Build agent and broker relationships
- Manage current book of business
- Provide excellent customer service
- Seek opportunities to access and cultivate new markets
- Effectively manage carrier relationships
- Provide guidance and training to Assistant Broker
- Review and analyze risks, ensuring all required information is obtained
- CIC or CPCU designation
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from Four-Year College or University
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as Underwriter/Broker
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance related discipline (preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years of E&S Wholesale experience (preferred)
- Experience with Excess & Surplus Lines
