Qualifications
- Experience with personal and business income tax prep
- Background in Finance and financial principles related to tax
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial and tax concepts to clients and team members
- CPA certification or advanced degree in Tax, Accounting, or related field preferred, but not required
