Role Description
This full-time Maintenance Technician role is an on-site position based in Watertown, MA. The Maintenance Technician will perform daily maintenance tasks, including equipment inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure property functionality and safety. Responsibilities also include responding to maintenance requests, conducting repairs, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborative efforts with the property management team to enhance overall asset performance are also key to this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance techniques
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, including handling tools and specialized equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance or similar fields are a plus
- Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred
