We cover all travel expenses for qualifying roles, so all you need to bring is your talent and a great attitude.Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring all pools are clean, safe, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of pool systems, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to provide outstanding service to both property owners and team members.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine pool cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.Test and balance pool water chemistry; safely handle and apply chemicals in accordance with MSDS guidelinesInspect, troubleshoot, and repair pool equipment including pumps, motors, heaters, and filtration systemsCarry out regular tasks such as vacuuming, backwashing filters, emptying baskets, debris removal, and tile cleaningMaintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas, including the company vehicleEnsure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and departmental policiesFoster positive working relationships with team members, vendors, and property ownersAttend scheduled meetings, contribute suggestions for improvement, and support other duties as assigned by leadershipQualifications:Experience with pool maintenance and/or equipment repair preferredCertified Pool Operator (CPO) designation required (may be obtained after hire)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong integrity, reliability, and work ethicPositive attitude and ability to collaborate with diverse team members and clientsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededProfessional appearance in compliance with company standardsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.Ability to kneel, crouch, squat, climb, balance, reach, and walk/stand for extended periods.Capability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions (sun, heat, rain, wind, and cold).Why Join Us?We pay for your travelWork in unique locations across the U.S.Gain diverse experience and expand your networkBe part of a supportive, high-energy team that's as passionate as you areIf you're ready to elevate your career while exploring new places, we want to hear from you.I understand that Bridge Point may conduct background checks and/or obtain consumer and investigative reports in connection with my application or employment, as permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws.
