Bridge Meadows is an intentional intergenerational community that supports permanence for children impacted by child welfare, supports their parents to thrive, and provides opportunities for meaning and purpose for older adults (elders). Parents, youth, and elders receive professional and natural support from staff, collaborating agencies, and one another, moving them toward the achievement of success in academics, health and well-being, and housing stability.

Summary

The Community Support Coordinator (CSC) supports the Bridge Meadows’ community and programming onsite by working alongside the Site Community Support Managers (CSM), who lead the community-building and clinical support for the Bridge Meadows’ North Portland and Beaverton locations.
