GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES
Under broad supervision the Community Support Team Lead (CST Team Lead) will supervise a full time Case Manager, Peer Specialist, and will share supervision of a part time RN. The CST Team Lead will provide counseling services to individuals served by the CST and will ensure compliance with all Bridge Health and the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) policies and regulations while fulfilling their role as Team Lead. This is a full-time position. Flexibility of schedule is nice to have, primary work schedule will be Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a fully licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the State of Georgia OR Associate License Level.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with individuals who have severe and persistent (SPMI) mental illness.
