What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child and Adolescent Counselor position at Bridge Health?
GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES
Bridge Health is seeking a qualified licensed, or licensed eligible clinician, to work in our APEX program. The individual selected will provide support for relationship building with school staff and administration. Provide counseling services to youth during school hours and after school hours. The candidate selected may implement preventative community outreach and educational activities related to behavioral health and facilitate early intervention services for you and family with identified risk factors. Specific behavioral health services to be provided include behavioral health assessments, service plan development, crisis intervention, individual counseling and group/family counseling. Collaboration and teamwork are a must. Primary schedule will be Monday through Friday.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree and eligibility to be licensed as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT by the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists.
Preferred Qualifications: Fully Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
