Brideau Energy is looking to add experienced Oil Burner Technicians (5 years) to their established service departments. Our positions are permanent full-time, working daytime shifts, on call responsibilities are divided across 20 technicians, and overtime is available. Responsibilities
- Installing, assessing, troubleshooting, and repairing customers' equipment and service needs (Oil, Propane, and AC)
- Identifying recommended work, communicating the information to the customer and service department.
- Performing efficiency tests on all combustion related installations
- Utilizing a company provided iPad and software as a communication method and documenting customer/job information.
- Communicating with Dispatcher and Service departments
- Maintaining a clean and neat service van and properly accounting for assigned tools and parts inventory
- Acting as the face of the company by providing respectful and informative customer service.
