As a Wellness Representative, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for educating clients, creating a welcoming environment, and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll help clients understand the benefits of our wellness services and guide them toward achieving their health and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming environment for all members, clients, and staff.
- Multi-task & thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Engage with clients via phone and in-person to promote our services.
- Conduct guest tours & sell packages/memberships.
- Educate clients on our wellness services & recommend supporting products.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by handling waivers, agreements, and client profiles.
- Assist in lead generation, social media efforts, & attend community events to expand our reach.
- Administer services as part of our wellness offerings.
- Support sales and operational goals to help grow our business.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of membership sales or retail experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Tech-savvy & detail-oriented
- Passion for health, wellness, & helping others
- Flexible availability – must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma required
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs unassisted and perform moderate body movements
