About the Role:
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will be the face of our establishment, creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering positive relationships with patrons. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in your designated area, contributing to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and the success of our business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Experience with Toast POS system.
- Certification in food safety or responsible alcohol service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions to guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, clearing of any food and/or beverage items, etc.
- Open and close dining room according to predetermined process.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
- Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks around restaurant.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for guests and staff.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience.
