Job Summary
Bricktown Brewery is hiring a Restaurant Floor Worker to support front-of-house restaurant operations and provide friendly service to guests. This role assists with table service, dining area upkeep, guest requests, restocking, and general floor activities to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Assist servers and front-of-house staff with daily restaurant activities
- Help seat guests and direct them to appropriate dining areas when required
- Assist with food and beverage service according to restaurant procedures
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly
- Maintain clean, organized, and presentable dining and service areas
- Restock utensils, condiments, napkins, beverages, and other front-of-house supplies
- Assist with preparing and packaging takeout orders when needed
- Communicate guest requests and concerns to servers, kitchen staff, or management
- Support smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties
- Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
- Perform additional restaurant floor duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork and customer service abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and willing to learn
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform routine physical duties
Preferred Skills
