Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage scalable field marketing programs to support regional growth.
- Centralize and streamline the execution of marketing programs run by cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement program kits that include best practices, templates, and deliverables for repeatable success.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accountability, timely execution, and program feedback.
- Own and manage core programs that contribute to lead generation and pipeline development.
- Create and maintain program enablement assets and documentation.
- Track, measure, and report program outcomes using metrics-driven insights.
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience in field marketing, with at least 3 years managing events or similar programs.
- Proven success executing field programs such as webinars, events, sponsorships, and campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of program deliverables.
- Highly metrics-driven with experience using reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Tableau, Salesforce (SFDC), Asana, or Swoogo.
- Background in high-growth tech environments or startup marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of field marketing strategy, pipeline development, and event enablement.
- Ability to develop scalable processes and streamline workflows across teams.
