The Brickette Lounge is seeking dependable, professional individuals to join our Security Team. Our security staff plays a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for our guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check IDs at the door.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the venue.
• Monitor guest behavior and address issues professionally and respectfully.
• Assist with crowd management during live entertainment and special events.
• Work closely with management and staff to resolve situations calmly and effectively.
• Help ensure all guests have a positive experience while enforcing house policies.

Qualifications

• Previous security, military, law enforcement, or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
