The Brickette Lounge is looking for hardworking, dependable Barbacks to join our team. As a Barback, you'll play an essential role in keeping our bartenders supported and ensuring every guest receives fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities
- Keep the bar fully stocked with beer, liquor, mixers, ice, and supplies.
- Assist bartenders with guest service and drink preparation as needed.
- Collect and wash glassware throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area.
- Change kegs and restock coolers.
- Help open and close the bar each shift.
- Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred.
