Brickell Window Cleaners is looking for dependable, energetic, customer-focused people to join our team as Service Technicians.

NO WINDOW CLEANING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

We're more interested in finding the RIGHT PERSON than someone who already knows how to clean windows.

We provide structured training through the Brickell Window Cleaners Technician Academy, along with hands-on field training alongside experienced technicians.

You'll EARN WHILE YOU LEARN, working real jobs while progressing toward independent technician certification.

This isn't just a cleaning position.

Our technicians represent Brickell Window Cleaners inside high-rise residential buildings throughout Miami. You'll interact directly with customers and building staff, perform professional window cleaning services, document your work, and participate in company-created marketing, social media content, and skits.

We're looking for someone who takes that responsibility seriously — but also has the personality and energy to enjoy it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform professional window and glass cleaning services
• Work primarily in high-rise condos and residential properties throughout Miami
• Work on high-rise balconies while following strict company safety procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service from arrival through completion
• Communicate professionally with residents, front desks, security teams, and building staff
• Capture before-and-after photos and videos of completed work
• Appear on camera in company-created marketing and social media content and skits
• Use your smartphone for scheduling, job documentation, communication, photos, videos, and company systems
• Follow detailed service, safety, documentation, and customer-experience procedures
• Complete ongoing training through the Brickell Window Cleaners Technician Academy
• Work efficiently in a quick-paced service environment while maintaining quality

Being naturally comfortable speaking to people and being on camera is a BIG PLUS.

SCHEDULE

This is a PART-TIME position, approximately 10–15 hours per week to start.

Our work takes place during daytime hours, generally between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Schedules and job volume may vary.

Candidates should have reasonable daytime availability and flexibility within our operating hours.

There may be opportunities for additional work as you complete training, become certified, and take on additional responsibility.

COMPENSATION

This position uses PERFORMANCE-BASED, PER-JOB COMPENSATION rather than a traditional hourly pay structure.

After training and certification, technicians start at 35% of the jobs they complete.

Most technician-assigned jobs are typically in the $115–$200 range, with many resulting in approximately $50–$60 in technician pay per completed job.

Some jobs pay less or more depending on the service and total job value.

Most standard jobs take approximately 1–2 hours to complete once a technician is fully trained, although job length varies based on property size, service scope, building access, and conditions.

The $25–$50/hour range displayed on this posting represents an ESTIMATED EARNING EQUIVALENT based on typical job compensation and completion times. Compensation is paid according to the applicable per-job structure, not as a guaranteed $25–$50 hourly wage.

As technicians become trained and efficient, multiple appointments may be completed during a workday.

Actual earnings vary based on job value, workload, schedule, efficiency, training status, and other factors.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

• Have reliable transportation to travel to and between job locations
• Have a working smartphone with reliable cellular/data service
• Be able to perform physical/manual work throughout the workday
• Be comfortable working outdoors and in Miami weather
• Be comfortable working at high-rise heights on balconies
• Be comfortable appearing in company-created marketing and social media photos, videos, content, and skits
• Be punctual and dependable
• Be honest and trustworthy
• Be able to work efficiently in a quick-paced service environment
• Follow company safety procedures and operating systems
• Be willing to complete the Brickell Window Cleaners Technician Academy
• Be willing to receive coaching and performance feedback
• Be able to pass a background check

New technicians work alongside experienced technicians while completing structured training through the Brickell Window Cleaners Technician Academy.

As your training progresses, you'll take on more responsibility until you're able to demonstrate that you can safely and professionally run jobs independently.
