What You'll Do:
- Drive company vehicle to perform courier services, maintaining regular pick-up and delivery schedules at multiple locations, including the bank, truck terminals, rig shop, weld shop, supply store, True family residences, and other designated areas.
- Utilize computer systems to check information and create shipments using UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Pitney Bowes.
- Operate standard office machinery/equipment, such as scales and postage meters, efficiently and safely, following instructions and keeping them well-maintained.
- Serve as a supply room courier, delivering supply orders and maintaining accurate records of supplies and miscellaneous items used.
- Perform supply room specialist duties, including counting, sorting, weighing, and verifying received office supplies, letterhead, and printed materials against requisitions or invoices.
- Conduct cost analysis of supplies being purchased.
- Prepare periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of supplies and requisition supplies to fulfill internal orders.
- Perform daily restocking of paper, staples, and toner supply to all copy and printer machines in the main office building.
- Assist the maintenance department with snow and trash removal when needed.
What We're Looking For:
Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities
- Two (2) to four (4) years of related business work experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and/or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Ability to show accuracy and thoroughness, look for ways to improve and promote quality; and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Ability to write clearly; present numerical data effectively; and read and interpret written information.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
