Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activities that cater to the interests and abilities of our residents
- Develop and lead recreational programs, such as arts and crafts, games, and fitness activities
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and meet the unique needs of each resident
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity outcomes
- Provide one-on-one support and companionship to residents, as needed
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized activity space, adhering to infection control guidelines
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds, as needed
- Familiarity with basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office
