Responsibilities
- Perform complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and more.
- Lead by example, mentoring and training junior technicians to enhance overall team performance.
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs clearly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and dealership policies.
- Stay current with latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
- Proven experience as a Master Technician with a focus on advanced diagnostics and repair.
- Relevant certifications (such as ASE Master Technician) strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
