We’re a thriving automotive repair shop on the rise and we’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Service Writer/Advisor to help drive our success. What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to contact for customers and technicians, clearly communicating repair needs and updates
- Manage the daily workflow, ensuring work moves efficiently between customers and techs
- Coordinate parts orders and vendor follow-ups
- Provide accurate estimates, updates, and ensure on-time vehicle delivery and pickup
- Keep the parking lot accessible by proactively managing vehicle movement
- Support a positive and fun work environment while delivering exceptional service
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive vehicle knowledge and strong computer skills
- A valid NC driver’s license
- Experience with Mitchell1 or similar repair software is preferred
- A sense of urgency, excellent phone and in-person customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and think outside the box
- Team-oriented mindset and a drive to grow with us
