We are looking for someone who genuinely loves the beauty and wellness space, takes pride in how they show up, and naturally knows how to make people feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of.
If you’re someone who pays attention to the little things, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients in a warm, polished, and professional way that sets the tone for their entire visit
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and communication with efficiency and attention to detail
- Guide patients through their visit, including check-in, rooming, and checkout
- Educate patients on treatments, skincare, and pre/post-care (full training provided)
- Support providers by keeping the day running smoothly and anticipating needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated clinic environment at all times
- Handle patient records, payments, and follow-ups with accuracy and discretion
- Help create an experience that feels seamless from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a medical, dental, or aesthetic office preferred
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask without feeling overwhelmed
- Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Interest in aesthetics, skincare, and wellness is a big plus
- Comfortable using scheduling systems, payment platforms, and basic office software
- Professional, polished, and reliable
