Our established CPA firm in Brookings, South Dakota, is seeking a skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team.
We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in personal and business tax returns, as well as general advisory services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving, and providing high-quality accounting support in a team environment.
The Opportunity
You will join a firm that currently includes two CPAs, two CPA associates, a senior bookkeeper/tax preparer, and an administrative assistant. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients and collaborate with our experienced staff in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review personal and business tax returns.
- Assist clients with tax planning and financial decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with other CPAs and staff to deliver excellent service.
- Stay current with tax laws and accounting best practices.
Work & Compensation
- Full-time, in-person position requiring at least four days a week in our Brookings office. One day of remote work may be negotiable after initial onboarding.
